How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 days, depending on the brand. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may extend this time. Transit time is generally between 2-7 business days. Specific delivery times will be noted on the product page if they vary.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Returns Policy on all items, excluding final clearance and made-to-order products. For more details, refer to our 30-Day Return Policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before processing. After processing, a 3% fee applies to cancellations. Contact us at sales@industryselected.com to cancel. Once shipped, our 30-Day Return Policy applies.

What if my product is damaged?

Inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Note any damage when signing for delivery. If you can't open the package but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. For damaged items, email photos to sales@industryselected.com for a replacement or compensation.

How do I place an order?

To order online, click “Add To Cart” and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information to complete the order. To order by phone, call us at (307) 364-0122. An order confirmation will be sent immediately, and processing will begin.

How do I know when my order will ship?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to your provided e-mail address. Please ensure your email is entered correctly and save the confirmation for your records.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax unless shipping to Wyoming, potentially saving you money compared to other retailers.

Can I change my order?
