SHIPPING POLICY
Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. This signifies that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we receive your order, we promptly contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability for immediate shipment. If, however, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. For available items ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we proceed with processing the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock, and we process the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped normally within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address provided during checkout. In case you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at sales@industryselected.com.
