What if my product is damaged?

Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, note it when signing for delivery. If you can't open the package at delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to sales@industryselected.com , and we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
